Hi I'm Caitlin!

I have been living in Brissy the last couple years and the Gold Coast before that. I have lived in
share houses and like having a place that feels more like a home than just a place to crash. Would love to live with others of the same mindset.

I have rented through real estate and private rental so I am used to keeping a place tidy for inspections. I'm good at keeping clean, love having my space tidy and fresh. I'm respectful of everyone's space and privacy.

I keep quiet and chill through the week but I'm always open to a house meal and chat or movie night. On weekends I get out and about, like going to the beach and finding new places to eat. Weekend trips to the coast and Byron are frequent for me so I'll be out of the house a fair bit.

I work and study part time and have no trouble paying my rent on time. I can provide references from former landlords and housemates.
