Hi I’m Kate :) I am nice, friendly, kind, clean, quiet and respectful. I always pay my rent and bills on time. I’m laid back and easy going. I work from home in banking. I am on the phones as a banking consultant in a set up in my bedroom. Future housemate must be chill with this. If we space out the layout of our bedrooms you shouldn’t hear a thing. I also have an 8 yr old blue Burmese cat who is an indoor cat. She is affectionate and toilet trained. I enjoy the beach, dining, nature, fitness, animals, music, films, friends and family. Not really into party houses just enjoy relaxing after work. I can pay up to 300-350 per week looking at doing a team up. The rental crisis is horrible let’s tackle it together. I have dining furniture, living room furniture/tv and washing machine.
