Hey! I’m James, a full-time public servant looking for someone to team up with for a new sharehouse in the Inner South!

I’m friendly and social, although respectful of others’ privacy. I‘m fairly extroverted and usually keep myself busy most evenings and weekends, but often retreat to my room to rest/recover when I’m at home. I’m very clean and organised, so would be hoping to live with others who are the same.

I’m looking at relatively recent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom places around Kingston and Griffith with a carspace. I currently live in Kingston Foreshore but looking to find somewhere cheaper so I can save for a house deposit.

Looking to live with someone around my age who’s friendly, clean and respectful. I own a full apartment’s worth of furniture, so potential flatmates would just need to bring their own stuff for their bedroom.
