Hey I’m James I’m 32 years old, Single with no pets or children.

I’m looking for a room, I’m clean, friendly and quiet. Most of the time I like to keep things to myself and do my own thing.

I have my own furniture, TV, Drawers, Fridge And Sofa Bed (I’m willing to part ways with the sofa bed if I need to)

I currently work for Uber eats and I’m on welfare (non disability related), but I can pay my way with no problems, rent and respect always comes first.

I spend a lot of my time working and at the gym, I love to keep a healthy active lifestyle.

In my downtime I enjoy watching footy and cricket and binge watching my favourite tv shows and gaming (not online).

I’m currently living in Rosebud. I am looking to move back closer to Frankston or surrounding suburbs as I have family that live close by.

I’m looking to be moved into a place before the end of April 2026.
