I work from home on Mondays, and Tuesday to Friday I am in the office, with the occasional Friday from home. Working from home and being a bit crafty (sewing) means I would require a fairly spacious bedroom or have access to a study. Outside of work on weekdays I am either in the gym, or cooking up something before hitting the hay. Weekends I like to have some fun, out with friends catching live music or karaoke, etc! I would prefer housemates that I can have a yarn and a beer with, I don't want to be strangers :) a perfect balance of space and company would be ideal. Budget & location flexible, just want to be more inner Brisbane than outer.

Oh yeah and all the usual stuff - always clean up after myself and pay the bills as soon as their issued, clear communicator, etc :)
