Hi,
I am an honest, reliable, intelligent, friendly, quiet(no parties), relaxed(mindfulness), easy - going person, very clean. I clean up after myself and tidy who mostly keeps to himself, but I do like an interesting conversation on a wide variety of topics. I work as a part time Support Worker. I have government super pension indexed with CPI for life, Australian Super that is still accumulating and I am financially secure. For entertainment I mostly watch TV, NRL, Sci Fi and action based programs and movies, in my room with headphones. I like walking in a nice park, meditation, barbecues, socializing at dinners on weekends with friends and girlfriend, and lots of other interests. I have a gardening business, part time at the moment whilst getting my car is being repaired and shopping for a new one. And doing all those jobs, like fixing up my girlfriends house, that I never have time for when I was working full time. If you need them, I have furnishings from fridge, washing machine, dryer etc... I have always paid my rent on time because I get it automatically debited and transferred to the account weekly or fortnightly. Four weeks rent for bond up front is no problem. References available on last 3 rented properties. Four years, six months and currently 1 year rental spans. I like animals and taught a cat to go on the toilet, no litter tray needed. I respect other people and their space and different cultural beliefs and values. I am also very tolerant. Invitations to team-ups are welcome!
