I am currently working a full time job, and on the rare occasion I work from home (but no office space is needed for this). I like to keep a tidy home and I come with a lot of books that I am happy to share (but would need space for them). I like to have a social drink occasionally on weekends but not a fan of a party house. I would prefer a roommate that I am able to socialise and be friends with, rather than just living together. Whether that means just hanging out watching Netflix or even a lil home book club.

I also come with all furniture (except a fridge).
