My name is Sam. I like Brisbane, where I had spent years studying and working. I’m very familiar with the city and love it.

I am a tidy and neat person who respects the property like my own. A non-smoker. I believe everyone wants to live in a clean and friendly environment, so I always respect others' space and privacy. When I'm home at night, I'm very quiet and will not be making any noise to bother others. I will be out during the day for work. I also don’t waste energy or water.
