Hello my future flatmate.

My name is Sam. I recently took a three-month break back to my home country and am now planning my return to Brisbane, where I had studied and worked for years before. I love this city and am very familiar with this area.

I am a tidy and neat person who respects the property like my own. I am also a non-smoker. I believe everyone wants to live in a clean and friendly environment, so I always respect others' space and privacy. When I'm home at night, I'm very quiet and will not be making any noise to bother others. I will be out during the day for work.

I'm generally a very friendly, chatty, and easygoing person. I always look after my rental places like they are my own. I look forward to the opportunity of becoming your flatmate and, hopefully, a good buddy.
