I'm looking to teamup with someone to rent a place in the Bayside suburbs.
I have teemed up with someone in the past for over 4 years and have a rental history.
I work from home and have consulting business where I need a space for private online sessions when I am at home, and to also teach online meditation classes.
I also may do some houseminding thoughout the year and not be at the house.

I am respectful of other people’s space and privacy.
I am tidy and appreciate clean spaces.
Enjoy yoga, meditation, crafts, cooking, walking and going to the beach.
I make lots of Gingerbread Houses at Christmas.
I have a little dog named 'Onyx' who is 10 years old. He has shared a home with other dogs, but is not very good with larger dogs. Cats confuse him a bit and I don't know if he would manage living with one, but we are open to it.

I am not interested in partying or staying out at night. I'm a homebody.
Happy to have a chat and relax watching something on TV or do something creative.
