Clean, considerate, and easygoing 27yr old looking for a long‑term home by the beach with likeminded flatmates.

I’m originally from the UK but have spent the last three years in Sydney. I’m in London at the moment but moving back to Sydney mid‑April for a permanent role with an investment bank (corporate side - not a finance bro, I promise). I’m hoping to lock something in ASAP and happy to start paying rent before I arrive to secure the right place.

I’m into swimming, running, the gym, and a good sunrise so I’m usually out of the house before 6am most mornings. Outside of that, I spend my free time at the beach, exploring, or catching up with friends. Definitely past my party phase, but I still love a few casual drinks here and there.

I’m looking for a calm, friendly home with people who enjoy their own space but are also up for a chat, a wine, or the occasional weekend plan.
