Gian Franco Schiaffino and Patricia Tescari Mora

Hi, my name is Gian, I’m from Chile, and my partner Patricia is from Argentina. We’ve been living in Sydney, in Elizabeth Bay, for almost two years now, after spending around three years in the Byron Bay area.

We both work. I’m in hospitality and customer service, and I also do Uber deliveries. Patricia works in customer service and as a brand ambassador, while studying a Bachelor in Film.

We’re tidy, organised, and respectful people with over six years of rental history and great references. We really value having a peaceful and clean home where we can relax after work.

We’re looking for a long-term place. A 1-bedroom flat, granny flat or studio with its own kitchen and bathroom. We don’t smoke and don’t have pets.
