Hi, my name is Carolina. I’m 38 years old. I’m calling in a new home, as the owner of my current sanctuary is selling.

I value living in a peaceful, clean, and grounded environment where there is mutual respect, open communication, and emotional awareness. I live consciously, leaning towards non-toxic, natural products and appreciating a home that feels calm and intentional.

I work in support and care and run my own holistic babysitting business, supporting children in a nurturing and conscious way. I also work with energy alignment and conscious living, so I am mindful of both the physical and energetic space we share.

I bring a calm, grounded, and nurturing presence and I deeply respect creating spaces that feel safe, harmonious, and supportive. I enjoy my own space and quiet time and also value genuine, easy connection. I love deep chats and the occasional dinner together at home as a simple joy that nourishes connection.

I am not a party person and prefer a slower, more intentional lifestyle.

Being close to the beach or nature is important to me as it is where I feel most connected and at home.

I have two very cuddly, cheeky cats so a pet-friendly home is essential.

I am open to getting a lease or moving into a house that is already leased. I am calling in a home and housemates that feel aligned, respectful, and easy, where the energy feels good and supportive for everyone.

Preferably in Currumbin or Tugun but I am open to new possibilities.
