I am originally from Russia, live in Sydney for 6 years so far. I work for Stand Up comedy show remotely as coordinator of post production and FX coordinator for CG agency, and when I have free time i do painting sessions as a guiding artist with Arty party and sometimes work with Art Battle on the events. As a flatmate I am very tidy, keep clean all the apartment and my room of course. I don’t smoke and don’t like smoke smell, therefore i am looking for a place with nonsmoking flatmates in free smoking building. I will live alone in the room. My preference for all furnished room when searching. About my personalities and hobbies: I have a good sense of humor, friendly, I like to draw, cook healthy food (sometimes not really, but without a horrible smell;), love go to swim, to walk, to hike, to enjoy sunsets and sunrises, if I live close to the ocean. Would be cool to find a place close by the ocean. Love to spend time by myself but don’t mind if walk together and do some activities, depends of the free time and wants. Love pets but prefer to live in pets free place.
I’m visiting my parents and going back to Sydney early February , like 6 of Feb… still looking for a ticket. I would rent from 1 month to 3, because have to visit parents in a May again. Short term is ok for me as I don’t have much stuff, keeping it in storage space. 2-3-4 weeks is ok, can move from place to place. Message me if you have some sublet for short term rent 🙌🏻🫶
