I am friendly, clean, respectful and value open communication within the household! ✨

I am seeking 1-2 easygoing flatmates (male or female - I have shared with both) of similar age who are respectful, take initiative around the house and contribute (i.e. happy to share chores such as putting the bins out for collection each week) and are clean, tidy and respectful of common areas.

I work full time in the city (I work at home two days a week) so would ideally like somewhere with a study or space to set up a workspace that isn’t in my bedroom.

During my downtime at home, I enjoy a little cooking, a good series or movie, watching AFL or reading. If I am out and about, I enjoy playing tennis, long walks, trying new eateries/cafes, spending time with friends/family, or am away at the coast on the odd weekend.

I value quiet time at home (being in my thirties and all!) so will more likely be out of the house socialising than having people over and am really looking for housemates who operate fairly similarly to maintain a peaceful vibe. Definitely not the type to co-exist in silence though - I do love an end of week wine and therapy sesh 🙋🏻‍♀️

Posting this now as am contemplating a change in my accommodation before my current lease expires mid-November.
