I am friendly, clean, respectful and value open communication 😊

I am seeking an easygoing flatmate (male or female - I have shared with both) of similar age who is respectful, takes initiative around the house and contributes (i.e. is happy to share chores such as putting the green bins out for collection each week) and is always clean, tidy and respectful of common areas.

I work full time in the city (WFH 2 days a week) so would need either my room or a study to be available for this. During my downtime, I enjoy cooking, a little gardening, a good series or movie, and reading. If I am out and about, I enjoy playing tennis, long walks, trying new eateries/cafes, spending time with friends/family, or am away on the odd weekend.

I am definitely someone who values quiet time at home (being in my early thirties and all 🤣) so will more likely be out of the house when socialising than having people over and am seeking housemates who operate fairly similarly. Definitely not the type to co-exist in total silence though!
