Cheyanne and Kieran

My name is Cheyanne (she/her) and Kieran (he/him) is my partner. We are in our late twenties, both work full time and have a Dog and Cat. Cheyanne works as a HR Consultant (mostly from home) and Kieran is also in HR for a local company in Miami. We have lived together in share houses for over 2 years now and work really well as a team. We are clean, tidy and reliable (to pay bills). We are both fairly social, enjoy going to the gym, cycling, tennis and Cheyanne is a pretty decent cook. We like a balance of having our own privacy (and respecting yours) and down for socialisation. While we love a wine or two, we aren't too keen on a 'party' household.

We do have a dog and cat, so our potential housemate/s would need to be animal lovers. Raya is fully house trained, great with kids, other dogs and people. We exercise her minimum twice a day and often go out on weekends to explore with her as well. This means she basically sleeps all day. She is a low shedding dog and we take extra care to ensure any fur is cleaned up in a timely manner. Similarly, we ensure we pick up any of her waste and dispose of it each day. We also don't let her inside unless she is clean!

Stormy (cat) is a handsome little gentleman. He is a very placid indoor only cat who loves to bird watch, chase flys and sun bake. He is fully litter box trained and has never gone to the toilet outside his litter box. We are very diligent to ensure all his waste is cleaned each day and no smells linger. As he is an indoor only cat, any housemate/s would need to be respectful to keeping the screen doors shut so that he doesn't escape. He will be a bit of a scaredy cat at first, but I promise he will win your heart over with how cute and cuddly he is!
