Mature young at heart, pleasant and conscientious middle aged tradesman. I’m very clean and tidy. Looking for a clean quiet area to rent in. Working away from home for few months I occasionally will be gone for long weekends . I will mostly stay 4 nights a week. As it’s not an RTA agreement I am looking for a no bond room. Usually just relax after work, however I do enjoy an intelligent conversation. I do not smoke or play loud obnoxious music . If I cook I clean up immediately.
