Mature young at heart, pleasant and conscientious middle aged tradesman. I’m very clean and tidy. Looking for a clean quiet area to rent in . Working away from home for few months I occasionally will be gone for long weekends . As it’s not an RTA agreement I am looking for a no bond room. I’ve done this before and it was taken. I Usually just relax after work, however I do enjoy an intelligent conversation. A good book , some classical music . I appreciate the lovely and simple things in life. I do not smoke or play loud obnoxious music . If I cook I clean up immediately.
