Hi, my name is Jess, I study full time at UC but work 2 different casual jobs. I also get youth allowance so paying the rent shouldn't be an issue.

I am kept super busy between work, study and my extra commitments so I am looking for a place with a relaxed atmosphere and housemates who are all friendly and get along well. I am always happy to chat but I am also very respectful when you need personal space!

My interests are history, soccer, and I really enjoy art and craft but I'm always happy to hear about other people and their interests.

I know how to cook some basic meals, how to do laundry, most basic chores and am always happy to help out and pitch in on any cleaning/chores that need to be done and if I don't know how to do anything I am always happy to learn :)

I'm looking for 1 or 2 other housemates in an apartment or townhouse in Belconnen or Bruce, and I would prefer to team up and find something together. You would need to be LGBTQIA+ accepting and able to get along with a cat but other than that I am not picky and would love to hear from you if you think we'd make a good team :)

I also have a cat, who I take full responsibility for but love dearly and couldn't live without.
