Hi all! My name is Jess, 41 years old and a Registered Nurse. I'm relocating from Coffs Harbour to Gold Coast in January. Looking for something that may have an ensuite/balcony or an upstairs area sort of layout if I'm lucky 😊 I'm internally transferring hospitals and would be looking ideally around Tugun, Palm Beach, Miami, Burleigh Heads areas but open to other areas for the right fit! 🙂

A bit about me: I'm originally from Melbourne, alternative queer girly, I love exploring beaches and trails by myself on the weekends or on my days off and just started bike riding again! Will have a cheeky wine with you on a Friday night after work if that's also your thing but if it's not totally fine and fully respect that too. I'm a casual/social smoker so would suit somewhere that is okay with this in a designated spot outside. I'm a bit of a room goblin sometimes after work, my room is my sanctuary to decompress from high pressure work shifts during the week and I'm very low key and quiet during the working week. Very happy to have a chit chat when crossing paths but do enjoy my privacy as well and will respect yours too. Always clean up after myself, rent and bills are always paid on time. I am very accomodating and amicable, all I want and strive for is a super peaceful home environment where it's comfortable and the vibes are great all round!
