Looking for a friendly, but self sufficient house hold to move in with.

I’m mid thirties, happily single, and want to enjoy being independent and child-free. This doesn’t mean partying like I’m 19 again. It means enjoying good food, wine, company and scenery. I also have a few creative hobbies - sewing, writing and playing music.

I work in events, mainly weddings, anniversary parties, balls, corporate dos etc., so I mainly work weekends. It’s not unusual for me to come home at 3am. I am always conscious of sleeping housemates, and do my best to keep noise and light to a minimum. But if this is something to that doesn't work for you, I understand.

I have been living in share houses a long time, I understand what makes a good room mate. I am a good cook, good at fixing things.

While I love a chat, I am an introvert that needs to recharge in calm solitude, so I can be counted on to often keep to myself, especially after work or hectic days.

Currently most of my belongings are in storage. I have a good couch, arm chair, washing machine, tv, and a few other household bits and pieces.

I have bond and rent ready to go. Just looking for the right people and place.
