Looking for a room to rent anywhere between Osborne Park and Joondalup. My budget is up to $300 per week. I work near Yanchep, so I’m hoping to avoid a long commute. I’m currently on a student visa, working part-time and studying.

I’m 29 and from England. I’m easy-going and happy to live with either males or females, though I won’t be around that much as I stay at my partner’s place 3–4 nights a week. I’m into sports (mainly football) and enjoy being social, especially now the weather is getting better. I’ve lived in houseshare situations before and always respect people’s space, privacy, and keep shared areas clean.

Parking is essential as I have a car
