Agustina and Federico

Hi there! 

We are a couple Agustina (Tina 37yo) and Federico (Fede 36), originally from Argentina and living in Australia since 2019. We've been traveling together for 10 years and consider ourselves happy, easygoing, and down to earth people.

I’m a Ceramicist and pottery teacher. Fede is a full time carpenter.

We are looking for an unfurnished or semi furnished whole house, unit, or granny flat in the Gold Coast: preferably located in Mermaid Waters, Miami, Burleigh, Palm Beach or Elanora.
Options we would consider are:
3 Bed 2 bathrooms property budget approx $850 pw.
2 Bed 2 Bathrooms property budget approx $750 pw.
1 Bed 1 Bath property budget approx $600.
We aren’t looking for a room in a shared house.
We would rather a place with Air con and fans.

We’re looking for a minimum of 6 months lease (with option to extend if landlords are happy with us).
Moving date sometime May / June 2026.

We're very friendly and sociable, but also value our privacy and respect others' space. We're quiet, very clean and tidy (this is very important to us), and we’re experienced in living in other people’s homes.
We love animals, though we don’t have pets ourselves, nor intentions either. Non-smokers.
Not party people.

We have excellent references and are happy to share contacts from previous landlords and agents if needed.
