Thanks for checking me out! Im moving closer to Brisbane for my full time job in Mt Cootha, while also doing occasional wfh.

Work::::::
once/twice a week wfh. Otherwise standard 9-5. I also do occasional freelance work for a mates YouTube channel, as a result I will be talking to myself in my room throughout the days I'm not directly at work. Basically just like a housemate who talks on the phone in their room. Also studying IT now!

Common areas::::::
My only furniture is bedroom + kitchen appliances like an air fryer.
I clean up after myself, eat from my own containers/order pre-made meals (I bulk cook) to save issues with bowls.

Socially:::::
At home I tend to be a temporary hermit as a lot of my work involves high energy, but I'm not going to avoid conversation or genuine connection, so it won't feel like you're living with a distant stranger with me around! I would ideally like to occasionally have small gatherings over- but that's been something I've intended for the last year at my current place and still have yet to bother doing it.
Always open to communicate with, because if you're not feeling at home then I'm not either.

Outside of home I'm at the gym, bathhouse or seeing my partner/friends.

Looking for:::
Ideally looking for a place that can enable me space in said room to fit a desk setup for wfh.

Pets:::::
Totally fine with pets provided you remain responsible for fixing any damage they do prior to end of lease.

Dietary:::::
I'm not vegan/vegetarian but have massive respect for the practice. I'll do my best to avoid cooking meats with you around or get rid of the smell if it's a genuine concern of yours.

I have a basic interest in really every avenue of life. Obviously stuff with the creative arts are my forte. But I don't exactly parade about it. My main requirement is just that you're someone who pays their share, otherwise you can be as weird and wonderful as you want (honestly you can introduce me to your pet cactus ill be open to it) 👍
