Hi my names Drew and I’m 28 years old. I’m looking to rent a room somewhere central to the city. I work full time as an electrician and in my free time I enjoying with friends, going out for a good meal, spending time with friends and going to gym or playing sports. I can spend more on rent that what I have allocated in my budget and will do so for a place I really like, I just also am a person who is not home a lot so I usually prefer to spend less if possible (even in this economy I know.)
