Looking for a peaceful place where I can come to unwind and relax, play a few video games and cook a vegetarian meal.
I like live music and comedy but otherwise have pretty quiet evenings and weekends at this stage of life. Wake up early for coffee and to walk the dog, usually pretty quiet after about 8pm or so.
Drive an EV so off-street parking is a huge bonus, happy to pay the actual usage of the charge to split bills fairly.
