Hi everyone, my names Tim and I am 29. I’m a happy and easy going, clean and respectful Tennant/roommate. I am on the hunt for an epic new place to live and call home. I have 2 weeks to find a new place as my current rental is due for demolition and is getting knocked down. My rent is always payed upfront and on time and I can pay a months rent upfront in advance, i also have references from my current place.

I work locally on the sunny coast in Yandina as a Diesel mechanic /serviceman for Carruthers Contracting. I work full time around 5-6 days a week 10 hour days. On my days off I love doing stuff out doors like surfing, riding bikes, hanging out with friends and going up the beach or too the islands on 4WD adventures. Also I don’t mind just having quite weekends chilling and enjoying this beautiful coastline!

I’m a big ocean lover so anything reasonably close to the beach would be awesome! Anywhere on the sunny coast is good for me! I am open to consider all living arrangements. My preferred living arrangement would be a studio/granny flat. Also on the other hand it would be great to live with someone cool and easy going or a few cool people in a share house like I have done previously over seas. I am a handy guy on the tools so if you need anything done around the place i can help! Somewhere with a shed or storage space would be great as i have tools and camping gear/surfboards.
