My partner and I are seeking a long-term rental (3–5 years) on the Northern Beaches or surrounding areas, with a planned move-in around June.

We’ve been living together for two years in my partner’s Collaroy property, which she now rents out. As property owners ourselves, we understand the responsibilities of tenancy and take excellent care of the homes we live in.

I work in education technology with a stable income and primarily work from home, attending the city up to two days per week. My partner is a qualified hairdresser working locally. We are non-smokers, quiet, and maintain a consistent routine.

We have one cat who will live with us. She is used to indoor living and, where allowed, supervised access to an enclosed outdoor area. We are nature-conscious and will strictly comply with local laws and pet regulations regarding cats outdoors.

We are looking for a well-maintained home to settle into long-term, with a budget of up to $1,000 per week. Reliable strong Wi-Fi availability is essential due to work requirements (connection not required to be included).

We are open to locations within a reasonable commuting distance, ideally up to 45 minutes by car, and are flexible on suburb for the right property.

We are responsible tenants who:

• Care for the property as if it were our own
• Communicate clearly and promptly

We can provide strong landlord references and proof of income upon request.
