Hi, I'm Greg 62 been in Melbourne West for 4 years - work as a Credit Manager with a large company in Laverton North and looking for a room in a shared house. Looking to move from my existing share arrangement in Tarneit as a would like to be closer to my work, gym in Point Cook and hockey club in Altona - have shared houses whilst on contracts in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide and have a permanent home in Adelaide where I visit about every 2 months

Current landlord happy to provide "reference".

Very few requirements - would prefer to have basic furnishings in bed - preferably at least double but am looking at buying one and can provide kitchen and things for other communal rooms - happy with shared bathroom/lounge etc. I see myself as sociable although also happy to give others space when they prefer - into gym and indoor sports so out a fair bit. Happy with all flatmates so long as respectful and looking to keep communal areas tidy. Also very happy with pets owned by other flatmates although prefer dogs. Not in a rush - however would like to discuss flexibility re move in day as have a 1 month notice period at current place if possible.
