Work: I work from home for publishing companies, focusing on B2B retail platforms (Octomedia, APAC). This means I’m financially stable and can provide a strong professional reference from them.

Personality: I'm respectful, quiet, and very tidy. I value peace, privacy, and respecting shared spaces, but I'm also friendly and enjoy a positive household atmosphere.

Rental History: Great in Canberra were i grew up, and arrive to my new home Brisbane in 2020 where i rented in the City for 3 years and now looking for something new, from my current shared space, out of my area of Brisbane i Like i m away from the water and the brown snake :)

What I'm Looking For:

A clean, quiet, and friendly environment.

A granny flat or similar private space is highly desirable.
