Hi there,

My name is Alan. I’m currently looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live, ideally with a bit of space and a relaxed atmosphere.

A bit about me:
I’m a multidisciplinary (or “polymath”) creative working across AI, filmmaking, writing and photography. Most of my time is spent building my YouTube channel and developing creative/tech projects, so I live a fairly focused and structured lifestyle.

I’m very reliable when it comes to rent and bills — always paid on time, no exceptions — and I value a clean, respectful and low-drama living environment.

I’ll be moving in with my dog, Jojo — a 1-year-old Jack Russell. He’s very friendly, energetic and well-behaved. I’m happy to keep him in my room if needed, but it would be great if he could also spend some time in shared areas. A property with a closed fence is important so he can safely go outside.

What I’m ideally looking for:
- Dog-friendly home
- Closed fence (for Jojo)
- Off-street parking
- Clean, calm and respectful household

I’m easygoing, independent, and tend to keep a good balance between being social and having my own space.
