Looking for a private room with an ensuite or own bathroom, but a shared bathroom is not a dealbreaker. Prefer to share with max 1 other person who is considerate and friendly (you can expect the same from me). More than happy to share with pets - sadly, I don't have any of my own.
Max $350 p/w (excl. bills). Min 6 month stay. Curtin is my preferred location but will consider other suburbs (Southside only).
