Looking for a place in North East but still close to CBD.

Clean and Tidy... yes really.

I am working on a construction site in Teneriffe , Its pretty much monday to friday with a saturday here and there to meet targets. "yes I am working with a steady income".

On the home front I am clean and tidy. I like quiet time. But always good for a chat. I have travelled the world a lot so can say I am worldly and can cover most topics. I am cool with sharing chores indoors and love yardwork.

I am good with animals if you have any. But I do not have any myself.

I like to cook. And I do clean as I go as Hygiene is important to me. I am not a qualified chef but do ok.

Hobbywise I am a kayaker, mostly whitewater.

Overall I consider myself friendly and relaxed, seeking a quiet place at the end of the day.

I enjoy cooking and a good movie.
Well travelled worldwide and just returned from SE Asia.

I am very easy going and a good listener.

Need easy parking, free on-street parking is ok.
