Looking for a place in North East but still close to CBD.

Clean and Tidy... yes really.

I am working on a construction site in Teneriffe looking after traffic management and pedestrian access, with a customer service role to keep residents and businesses feeling not so inconvenienced.
Its pretty much monday to friday with a saturday here and there to meet targets.
On days with no need for my team to be onsite my company which is a subcontractor sends me to other jobs to keep me working as I have a company vehicle and they want it and me working.
So the jist of all that is "yes I am working with a steady income".

On the home front I am clean and tidy. I like quiet time. But always good for a chat. I have travelled the world a lot so can say I am worldly and can cover most topics. I am cool with sharing chores indoors and love yardwork as I find it physically challenging and mentally relaxing.

I am good with animals. I grew up with cats and dogs plus birds, guinea pigs, rabbits and a goat.

I like to cook. And I do clean as I go as Hygiene is important to me. I am not a qualified chef but do ok. A night to cook for everyone is welcomed.

Hobbywise I am a kayaker, mostly whitewater. I try to run a kayak course each month through my kayak school.

I have three vehicles:
1: Personal Triton dualcab
2. Personal motor scooter
3. Work isuzu ute

Overall I consider myself friendly and relaxed, seeking a quiet place at the end of the day.

I enjoy cooking and a good movie.
Well travelled worldwide and just returned from SE Asia.

I am very easy going and a good listener.

Need easy parking, free on-street parking is ok.
