Hey there future roommate!

A bit about me - I'm an easy going Aussie, 29yo, I've just finished 9mths of van life and looking to get into a place as soon as possible. I work 7.30-5pm Mon-Fri in Miami, and normally have 1 or 2 gigs most weekends (vinyl DJ).

What life looks like: beach, running, surfing, listening to music, reading, gardening, a couple of beers of a weekend, as well as finding chill-out time.

I'm very clean, low maintenance, and prompt in payments.

What I'm looking for: An unfurnished bedroom, and a place in the living room I can put a cabinet for a record player. This will be for the household vintage record player, cruisy tunes only ;) (I will keep my personal turntables in my bedroom.)
A clean house is important to me also!
