Greetings prospective housemate/s, I'm on the search for a 6+ month room to rent, within 20 minutes of Subiaco, ideally, with calm, clean and kind household vibes, and room to store my caravan Priscilla (H230cm; W220cm; L700cm Inc hitch, 590cm exc hitch, weight 1500 kg max).

About Me and my Schedule:
🙋41-year-old Australian female
🧑‍⚕️Registered Nurse - main role is in Subiaco (4 days/wk), also work a second role sometimes (1 day/wk), typically in Joondalup.
🐈‍⬛I am away sometimes to pet sit. I am happy to live with pets.
✨I'm approachable, clean and tidy, considerate, respectful and kind-hearted.
🧘Daily meditation/yoga, latin dancing several times a week, out in nature and gym when time permits.
🍲I cook simple meals for myself and am a Pescetarian. I'm okay to share a home with meat eaters.
🚭I don't drink, smoke, or take drugs.
💲I have always reliably paid rent.
📝I am happy to share my pet sitting reviews and links, which best showcase my nature and cleanliness.
🕥 Nursing shifts are mostly evening shifts finishing at 7:30 or 8pm.

I am ideally looking for a home which is:
✅Peaceful.
✅Non-smoking.
✅ Clean and tidy.
And has:
✅Adequate natural lighting.
✅Bathtub.
✅Full kitchen.
✅Furnished bedroom (flexible).
✅Good quality blinds/curtains in my room.
✅Space to hang and store clothes.
✅On or off street parking for my car and caravan.
✅Greenery.

What I am not looking for:
❎Party house.
❎Emotionally dysregulated landlords or housemates
❎Bullying, harrassment, intrusiveness, racism, etc.
❎Ongoing pessimism or projecting on to others.

💡The right fit is really important. I require a 1 to 2-week notice for where I'm currently living. I'm happy to provide all usual documents for rentals, including recent payslips and also a police check/WWCC/NDIS Screen for an extra sense of comfort, if we are to go ahead.
