My name is Sam, I'm a 26 year old male and I'm on the lookout for a room/unit to rent.
A little bit about me... I work full time as an IT Analyst. I generally Work from home but do occasionally go into the office. When I'm not at work you can find me either at the gym, on the golf course, or just hanging out playing video games.
I'm definitely not a big party person, but I do enjoy the occasional drink over dinner with friends or on the odd games night.
I know when it comes to cleanliness no one is perfect, but I always tidy up after myself and am respectful of other peoples privacy and belongings.
I have an adorable little Puppy called Rosie. She is a 1 year old Kelpie x Staffy who loves cuddles and playtime, so ideally looking for a place that can accommodate a growing dog.
