Jiawen and Max

Hi,
We’re Max and Jiawen, a quiet and tidy couple currently renovating our home, which has unfortunately been delayed. In the meantime, we’re looking for a short-term rental.
We both work full-time onsite from 8:30 to 3:30 each day, so we’re out during work hours. On weekends, we usually enjoy deep cleaning and organizing together, but with the renovation project, we’ll be spending most of our spare time at the site.
We take pride in keeping our living space clean and well cared for. I love pastries (especially cinnamon rolls!) and keeping things organized, while Max enjoys spending his downtime reading.
We would be very respectful tenants and are looking forward to finding a comfortable place to stay while our home project is completed.
