Hi, I’m Stephen. I’m Sydney-born, Mandarin Chinese, and studied at Fort Street High School before Engineering at USYD.

I work full-time at realestate.com.au in Barangaroo, usually from home three days a week and in the office two days. Outside work, I go to the gym, play pool and basketball, and read.

I’ve been house-sharing for over seven years, so I’m used to shared living, agents, owners, and keeping a household organised. I’m currently on a flexible lease so I can move anytime if the place is right.

I’m clean, respectful, and routine-based. I usually sleep around 10pm and wake around 6am, so I’d suit a calm home rather than a party house. I’m social, but prefer relaxed gatherings, board games, and quiet nights in.

I mostly meal prep and use my own air fryer, so reasonable fridge space would be ideal. I’ve lived with pets before and love dogs.
