Hello,

I'm looking for a safe and quiet accommondation anywhere in Greater Sydney area that is not a party house and has no pets.

Weekly rent from $400 pw to $550 pw depending on private bathroom or ensuite as well as the location close to metro and train station. I'm not a big fan of buses as I would need to be quick so I rarely catch a bus.

I'm clean, tidy, friendly but also respect your space and privacy. Currently, I'm working and studying 6 days a week. My future housemate would need to be calm, kind and respectful. I take my accommodation as my home away from home so living in a stress-free home is really critical to me. I hope to find a like minded housemate.

I would only be able to take your room until close to Christmas 2025.
