I am a 28-year-old Brazilian lady, and I am currently studying a Master's degree in Perth. I am looking for a friendly, clean, tidy, respectful, chilled, and well-located place to call home.

I'm an outgoing person, friendly, who likes to talk, easygoing to live with, respectful of everyone's space and personal time, open to chatting and sharing a meal sometimes, but I really appreciate my quiet and peaceful moments when at home. I like to be tidy, clean and organised.

I am normally quite busy with work and studies, so some days, it might be the case that I literally spend the entire day outside of the house, leaving early on the day, and just returning back home later at night.
