Hi, looking for a room in a chill, non drama house/apartment. Tend to keep to myself and do my own thing but if we get along I'm open to hanging. I want to live in a place which is clean. Not into mess and having dishes and food left out all night. I enjoy staying up late of a night but I am usually quiet and respect your need to be up. I like to cook my own food. I am rather spontaneous but I also want to explore Sydney so if you like going for walks/hiking or random drives I am into that kind of stuff. Show me the fun/sketchy parts of Sydney if you know all about them. I am weaning myself off social media and try to live a no fuss, drama free, minimalist lifestyle. I'm into conspiracy theories if you've got any good ones. I enjoy crime shows and if you want to hangout, watch tv or go somewhere I am okay with that. I recently went to Blue Mountains and would be keen to explore it more. I also am quite happy if you just want to keep to yourself and say hello when we see each other if you're that way inclined. I stay in a lot these days as I am trying to save up.

I pay rent and bills on time and I clean up after myself, so no issues there. I have rented since my teenage years. I intend to stay in Sydney for a while however, I am happy to trial a 6 month living arrangement. I don't drink overly hard but I don't mind a special cig on occasion. If you want to know anything else, just ask. I like open communication. If you have an issue with something I'm doing or saying, just bring it up and don't let it boil over to a point of no return :) .

My preferred living locations are a guide only. If you see my profile and you're from Blacktown or the outta West or any suburb and think we'd click well contact. I use to drive 90mins to work one way so the whole distance/suburb thing isn't a big deal for me. I would prefer somewhere I can park my car off street. I don't know anyone in Sydney so I won't be having people over much. I have lived with all types before so I don't care what your age is or occupation. I probably speak more like a tradie language though. Don't care if you're white, middle eastern, asian etc. I will be working while I'm in Sydney. I'm pretty spontaneous and just do things as I want. I sometimes smoke but not all the time and I am a trustworthy male. My profile is real but I won't be uploading data to verify myself :)
