Hi, new to Sydney and need somewhere chill to live. Keep to myself and do my own thing. If you are of similar mindset, great. Priority for me is that wherever I live is a clean, drama free environment. Not into living with people who leave food and dishes out overnight hahaha. I cook food and for me, it's important the kitchen is clean and tidy :)

I'm a bit of a geek and into conspiracy theories. If you wanna explore Sydney or the sketchy parts of town, I'm Keen. I am pretty spontaneous and just do things as I want. I work shift work (warehousing) generally. Sometimes this may be of a night. I generally stay up pretty late but I am quiet about it.

I pay bills on time and can tidy up. Would prefer a place with off street parking/garage. Not into living with people who get the cops involved over childish bs and keeping tabs on housemates. I don't really do things that way and just find people who are quick to do this type of thing to be in general a bit of a flop. I don't want drama. Your friends are your friends :)

My preferred suburbs are a guide only. I am open to most areas. I don't really care what ethnicity you are. I would love to get to know some British/ American/ Eastern European/ Middle Eastern/ Russian types while in Sydney. If you're a Red pilled type then we will generally get along fine and I have never had trouble with housemates who are like this.
