Hello!

My name is Jess and I am looking for considerate housemate/s who value a peaceful, clean, and supportive home.

I am respectful and easygoing, and I work in insurance, working from home occasionally. I am hoping to find a housemate/s who are friendly and enjoys the occasional dinner or game night together, but who also values personal space and independence.

I keep shared spaces clean, make sure to do dishes and laundry regularly, and are mindful of others’ routines. I’m generally up early for work (around 6-7am).

My interests are beach days, camping, Latin dancing, eightball, bouldering and staying active. At home, I enjoy relaxing with movies,
and arts and craft.

My budget for a rental per week would be $250.
