Hey Guys,

I’m Ben, and I work full-time in sales from 8 to 6, Sunday to Thursday. I love meeting new people and socializing, but I also value my alone time and respect personal space.

If you live with me, expect a tidy and organized place, I’m into cleanliness! On weekends, you’ll often find me outdoors, whether it’s at the beach, enjoying a lunch/dinners, or traveling interstate.

I’m currently looking for a 12-month rental or a pair up to find a place. I’ve got all the furnishings and utensils covered. The ideal roommate will just need to bring their bedroom essentials and some other key components.

Key requirements would be a carpark and I’m open to sharing a bathroom if necessary.
