having a looksie for a new place

Ideally I’d like to team up with someone & get a lease but rooms in existing place are good too.
I work and study :)
I’m into healthy lifestyle, am calm and will probs keep to myself for the most part

I love to come home to a fairly calm and quiet space as I need my alone time to decompress and recharge & to study.
At the same time I really value warmth in a home.
I value a clean tidy space as well :)
