Hi, I'm about to start my master's in Monash University, and currently looking for rooms that are nearby.
I'm a reasonably quiet individual who prefers to keep things clean around the house. I don't have pets myself, but having pets around the house is ok for me.
I don't usually bring anyone in the flat, rarely on few occasions (maybe once or twice a year), but I always let my flatmates know and ask it it's ok beforehand.
