I’m a 35, working full-time in Project Management, looking to rent a room on the southern end of the Gold Coast (Burleigh, Palm Beach, Bilinga, etc.), close to the beach.
I mainly work from home, so I’m after a place that’s comfortable for that setup and only looking to share with one other person. My ideal move-in date is mid-February, and my budget is around $350-$400 per week, but I’m open to the right place.
