hey, names charlotte! i’m 19 and originally from south australia, but made the move early 2022. i’m currently renting a granny flat in burleigh heads with my best friend, however our landlord is moving back in so we are looking for a new place to call home. there is 2 of us, but we are more than happy to share a room and make do. we’ve been friends for 8 years and are both super friendly, with a caring nature and we love living in a clean space. also, I do have a little black cat! she keeps to herself and is very easy going - we’ve had no issues having her here since! we are happy to provide references etc.
