Hey I'm Grant,

I have just recently sold my apartment and not ready to re buy yet.
My settlement date is April 22nd but flexible on move date before that.

Ideally looking for my own bathroom/ensuite and only one other housemate in a modern apartment.
I own my own business so I am up very early and home from work late.
Not looking for a party house or a place where people are always over as I work all day and want to come home to relax and chill out.
I work most weekends and occasionally ill go out with friends or see my partner so don't spend too much time at home.
Respectful of peoples belongings and space and will clean up after myself.
