Hey there, I’m a news reporter moving to Brisbane from Perth at some point during June for work and looking for a nice place ideally with some great people. I’m a bit of a workaholic, but also try and make the most of my time off. Health and fitness is a passion of mine and I’m also quite a sociable person. On weekends I enjoy live music and live sport, a Sunday session, brunch and a few drinks with friends.

I consider myself quite a clean housemate. During the week I’d prefer to be comfortably social around the house, happy to give people their own space and time but I’d rather be good friends with the people I’m living with. I’m an okay cook, but generally prepare boring healthy meals, but if the house wants to have dinner nights I’m happy to whip something up.

For my room I’ve got a king bed, some shelving a desk, tv and cabinet that work will pay for moving over here, so unfurnished is preferable. But if the house and people are a winner and I have enough notice I’m happy to flog off my items here before I make the move into a furnished place.

$400 is my maximum weekly spend but it would have to be an 11/10 place for me to be willing to pay that. Looking around 2-300 as pretty reasonable.
