Hey! I'm Josh, a Brit abroad looking for somewhere to stay in Sydney having just moved here mid Oct. I'm sure you read loads of these so let's start with bullet points!

- Easy-going and relaxed. I get on with pretty much everybody and am very approachable.
- Sociable and normally down to hang/do stuff, but also like my own space at times (i.e. in the week evenings after work. & gym).
- Tidy and clean - I have a house in the UK which I run as a houseshare, so I know what it's like to share communal spaces and also how to look after a property. Happy to help out with odd jobs!
- Big on sports (especially soccer), both watching and playing, and doing anything active really. I try to exercise/gym ~5 days a week.
- Love to travel but keen to get setup to live in Sydney
- Have stayed in shared houses lots in my life with lots of different people (at uni, post graduation etc), always without issues.
