Howdy,
45 year old, sole trader currently looking for a place within close proximity to the trains/trams.
Have lived in shared houses in the past so I would like to think that I am "house trained"
Not looking for a party house but happy to socialise over the occassional beer & netflix night but generally value my "me" time. On weekends, I like to play billards or get out there discovering new restaurants & places.

Ideally, I am looking for a flatmate or 2 to team up and get a 2/3 bedroom house.
