Hi there!

I’m Rubén, and I’ve been living in Adelaide for over a year, sharing a house with two great housemates (both women) who are now moving out to live with their partners. Since the tenancy is ending, I’ll also be moving out.

I’m currently looking for a new place to call home from 7 February 2026, which is my ideal move-in date. I’ll be in Adelaide until 27 December, and then travelling overseas for six weeks. I’m available for inspections before I leave, and while I’m away, a close friend in Adelaide can assist with any viewing or coordination if needed.

My budget is flexible depending on the room and what’s included, so I’m happy to discuss options.

I’m an organised, clean, and respectful person who values a positive and harmonious living environment. I always respect house rules and believe in open communication to maintain a happy home. My current housemates can happily provide references about their experience living with me.
